Frequently asked questions

Open any browser and type https://eece-cats.mist.ac.bd/ then click on Sign up. Enter your full name, email, organization, phone number and present address. Then type your password and click on Sign up. Your account will be created.

After signing up, go to the homepage and click Log in. Enter your email and password to access your account.

On the login page, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Create a project from your dashboard, provide sample details, and submit your test request. Our reception desk will confirm your slot and sample submission.

From your account, go to Consultancy, add scope and documents, then submit the request. Our team will reach out to coordinate.

After receiving your invoice, deposit the amount to the mentioned bank account and upload the deposit slip to your project to confirm payment.

Report collection is available Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (except govt and weekly holidays). Visit the address below or use report delivery instructions.
